The Revamp Progloss Steamcare ST-1600-EU Steam Black 3 m is a hair straightening iron that combines steam technology with ceramic heating plates to deliver smooth, shiny results. Designed for everyday styling, this straightener features six adjustable heating levels to accommodate different hair types and a long 3 m cord for flexible use. Built-in safety is provided by an automatic power-off function that activates after 60 minutes of inactivity.

Advantages

The steam function helps reduce frizz and adds moisture during styling, supporting a sleeker finish. Ceramic heating ensures even heat distribution across the plates to minimise hot spots and hair damage. Six heat settings allow precise temperature selection for fine, normal or coarse hair. The extended 3 m power cord increases mobility and convenience when styling in larger rooms or using distant outlets. Automatic shut-off enhances safety by turning the device off after a period of non-use.

Suitable for

• Daily straightening of fine to coarse hair

• Styling while travelling or in rooms with distant sockets
• Users seeking adjustable heat settings and steam-assisted styling

How to use

Connect the straightening iron to a compatible power outlet and select the desired heating level according to your hair type. Allow the plates to heat fully before use. For steam-assisted styling, ensure the steam function is activated following the manufacturer’s instructions and use distilled or recommended water if applicable. Work on dry or slightly damp hair in small sections, gliding the plates from root to tip with steady, even pressure. After finishing, turn the device off and unplug it. Allow the plates to cool completely before storing.

Recommendations

For best results, choose a lower heat setting for fine or chemically treated hair and higher settings for thicker, coarse hair. Use a heat protectant product before styling to minimise thermal damage. When using the steam function, follow any instructions regarding water type and reservoir filling to prevent mineral buildup and maintain performance.
