Σετ σμίλες Kirschen 1101 HK — 6 τεμ., ξύλινο κουτί

The Kirschen 1101 HK — 6 pcs chisel set supplied in a wooden box contains six chrome-plated carbon steel chisels designed for woodworking tasks such as trimming, paring, fitting joints and general carving. Each chisel features a traditional blade geometry and a balanced handle shape to support controlled cutting. The included wooden storage box keeps tools organized, protects edges during transport and makes the set easy to store in a workshop.

Advantages

The set combines a range of blade widths to cover common woodworking operations without the need to buy single tools separately. Blades made from hardened carbon steel provide edge retention and are suitable for re-sharpening. The wooden box provides fixed positions for each chisel, reducing contact between blades and lowering the risk of damage. Handles are shaped to allow precision work while still withstanding moderate striking when necessary.

Suitable for

• Trimming and paring end grain and long grain
• Cleaning and fitting joints in cabinetmaking and carpentry
• General carving and detail work on furniture and fittings
• Workshop storage and transport of chisels

Key specifications

• Quantity: 6 chisels in one set
• Blade material: carbon steel with chrome plating
• Handle type: wooden handles shaped for controlled grip and light striking
• Storage: wooden box with dedicated slots for each chisel
• Intended use: woodworking, paring, trimming, joint fitting

How to use

Select the chisel width appropriate for the task and secure the workpiece. Use a mallet or controlled hand pressure depending on the operation; apply light, even cuts when paring and firmer, controlled strikes when removing larger amounts of material. Maintain a stable posture and work with the bevel orientation suited to the cut. After use, clean off debris, lightly oil the blades to prevent corrosion, and store each chisel in its slot in the wooden box to protect the cutting edges.

Recommendations

Regularly sharpen and hone the blades to maintain cutting performance. When striking the handles with a mallet, use a wooden or rawhide mallet to reduce shock to the handles. Keep the chisels dry and apply a light protective oil layer to blades before prolonged storage.
