Ρολά ετικετών ASTAR LTO7 Barcode Label LTO7000099 — Ετικέτες barcode για ταινία LTO-7

ASTAR LTO7 Barcode Label LTO7000099 are adhesive barcode labels designed specifically for LTO-7 magnetic tape cartridges. Supplied in rolls for use with label dispensers or manual application, these labels deliver consistent barcode readability and adhesion suited to tape library environments. They support organized media tracking and inventory workflows in data centers, backup systems and archival storage.

Advantages

These barcode labels offer strong adhesive properties that adhere reliably to the plastic surface of LTO-7 cartridges while remaining removable without leaving excessive residue when replacement is required. The print surface is optimized for common thermal transfer and direct thermal barcode printers, producing high-contrast barcodes and human-readable text for faster scanning and visual identification. Roll format enables compatibility with automated label applicators and reduces handling time in large-scale operations.

Suitable for

• Labeling LTO-7 magnetic tape cartridges in tape libraries
• Inventory management and media tracking in data centers
• Backup, archiving and off-site storage identification
• Automated or manual label application workflows

Key specifications

• Label format: roll supply for dispenser or applicator use
• Adhesive type: pressure-sensitive adhesive formulated for plastic cartridge surfaces
• Printable surface: compatible with thermal transfer and direct thermal barcode printing
• Durability: designed for handling and storage conditions typical for archival media
• Readability: optimized contrast for reliable barcode scanning and human-readable text

How to use

Ensure the cartridge surface is clean and free of dust, oils or other contaminants before applying the label. For manual application, peel a single label from the roll, align it with the designated label area on the cartridge and press firmly from the center outward to ensure full contact. For automated application, load the roll into the compatible dispenser or applicator according to the device instructions and configure the printer settings to match label size and print mode. Verify barcode quality after printing and before placing cartridges into production or storage.

Recommendations

Store label rolls in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures to maintain adhesive performance. Use recommended printer ribbons and settings for thermal transfer printing to achieve durable, high-contrast barcodes. When replacing labels, remove old adhesive residue carefully to avoid contamination of tape library mechanisms.
