Προσαρμογέας BitsPower Multi-Link G1/4 16mm AD shiny silver (BP-EML16)

BitsPower Multi-Link G1/4 16mm AD shiny silver (BP-EML16) is a metal interface adapter designed for PC liquid cooling systems using G1/4 threaded connections and tubing or fittings with a 16 mm inner/outer diameter. The adapter provides a compact, durable junction point to join tubing sections or link fittings while maintaining a secure, leak-resistant connection. It is suitable for tight routing, reconfigurations, and precise alignment of coolant lines within custom loops.

Advantages

This BitsPower Multi-Link adapter is machined from metal for mechanical strength and dimensional stability. The G1/4 threading ensures broad compatibility with standard liquid-cooling components, and the 16 mm diameter interface is intended to match tubing and barbs of the same size for a snug fit. The shiny silver finish resists corrosion and provides a neutral aesthetic that integrates with most build styles. Its compact form enables neat cable and tube management in confined enclosures.

Suitable for

• Connecting two 16 mm coolant tubes in a custom water-cooling loop
• Joining fittings with G1/4 threads where a short metal adapter is required
• Re-routing or extending coolant lines inside compact PC cases
• Replacing damaged or mismatched connectors in liquid-cooling circuits

Key specifications

• Thread type: G1/4 compatible
• Interface diameter: 16 mm (for inner/outer tube compatibility as specified)
• Material: metal (machined/metallic construction)
• Finish: shiny silver
• Form factor: compact inline adapter suitable for confined spaces

How to use

Ensure system power is off and the loop is drained before installation. Thread the adapter into the corresponding G1/4 fitting by hand until snug, then tighten with an appropriate wrench to the manufacturer-recommended torque without over-tightening. Slide compatible 16 mm tubing or install matching barbed fittings onto the adapter ends and secure with hose clamps or appropriate compression fittings to achieve a leak-free connection. After installation, refill the loop and perform a pressure or leak test before powering the system.

Recommendations

Use compatible 16 mm tubing or fittings and standard G1/4 components to ensure proper sealing. Verify thread engagement and tubing seating during assembly, and perform a controlled leak test with the system off. Avoid excessive torque on metal threads to prevent damage to fittings or ports.
