Πρίζα Type F Berker 47803515 — 16 A, 250 V, IP55, γκρι, θήκη πλαστικού

berker 47803515 is a Type F socket outlet designed for fixed installation in environments that require splash and dust protection. The unit accepts CEE 7/4 (Type F) plugs and is rated for a nominal and rated voltage of 250 V and a rated current of 16 A. Housed in a grey thermoplastic enclosure with a matt surface and an integrated hinged cover that clips in and falls back, this socket offers IP55 protection for use where exposure to dust and water is possible. The device provides safe contact spacing of greater than 3 mm and is intended for standard mains connections.

Advantages

The enclosure provides IP55 protection, combining resistance to dust ingress and water jets for reliable performance in protected outdoor or demanding indoor locations. The hinged cover with manual clip-in and fall-back function keeps the socket protected when not in use while remaining easy to operate. Constructed from thermoplastic with a matt surface and finished in RAL 7011 iron grey, the housing is lightweight and corrosion-resistant compared with metal alternatives. The electrical ratings—250 V and 16 A with 10 AX switching capacity—match typical mains applications and ensure compatibility with standard Type F equipment.

How to use

Install the socket according to local electrical regulations and wiring standards, ensuring power is switched off before starting work. Mount the complete housing on a suitable flat surface or flush-mount box that provides compatible fixings and cable entry. Make all conductor connections to the terminal points inside the enclosure following the manufacturer’s wiring diagram, tighten terminals to the specified torque, and verify protective earth connection. Close the hinged cover when the socket is not in use to maintain IP55 protection; the cover clips in and falls back for convenient access during operation.

Recommendations

Use this socket for fixed installations only; avoid exposure to direct high-pressure water jets and prolonged submersion. Periodically inspect the cover hinge, sealing surfaces and contact points for signs of wear or contamination and keep the cover closed when not in use to preserve ingress protection. Ensure installation and any maintenance are performed by a qualified electrician in accordance with applicable standards.
