Πληκτρολόγιο CHERRY G84-4400 Universal PS/2 QWERTY Αγγλικά US μαύρο

The CHERRY G84-4400 is an ultra-flat, full-size wired keyboard with an integrated trackball and PS/2 interface. With a QWERTY US English layout, 83 keys and a 1.75 m cable, it is designed for space-constrained environments such as 19-inch installations, slim PCs and laptops where a separate mouse is impractical. The keyboard combines a compact profile with reliable mechanical contact technology for continuous professional use.

Advantages

The keyboard uses individual keys with Gold Crosspoint (ML) contacts, providing a high level of reliability and a precise tactile confirmation. Each key is rated for over 20 million actuations. The integrated trackball and two mouse keys eliminate the need for an external pointing device while the extremely flat design (total height approx. 20 mm) and lightweight construction suit cramped or rack-mounted setups.

How to use

Connect the keyboard to a PS/2 port on the target device using the 1.75 m cable. Position the keyboard so the integrated trackball is accessible for pointing tasks and use the two mouse keys as left and right buttons. The keyboard is ready for immediate use with systems that support PS/2 keyboards and requires no additional drivers for standard operation.

Recommendations

For long-term reliability, avoid exposing the keyboard to liquids and excessive dust. In environments with heavy particulate contamination, consider periodic cleaning of the trackball area to maintain smooth cursor movement and consistent key response.
