Ομοαξονικός σύνδεσμος IEC ShiverPeaks BS82030

The ShiverPeaks BS82030 is a coaxial IEC connector designed to provide a reliable connection for audio and video equipment. This single-pack item contains one IEC-type connector with two mating interfaces, allowing straightforward connection between IEC-equipped devices such as TVs, set-top boxes, radios and amplifiers. The connector is built for repeated use and stable signal contact in household and light professional installations.

Advantages

The connector offers a compact form factor and robust mechanical construction to resist wear from frequent plugging and unplugging. Precision contact surfaces ensure low connection resistance and consistent signal transfer. Its compatibility with standard IEC coaxial sockets makes it suitable for a wide range of consumer electronics. The single-piece packaging simplifies replacement and inventory for installers and end users.

Suitable for

• Connecting televisions to antenna or cable sources
• Linking set-top boxes and satellite receivers
• Extending or replacing coaxial connections in audio/video setups
• Use in home entertainment systems and small commercial AV installations

Key specifications

• Connector type: IEC coaxial
• Pack quantity: single connector
• Intended use: audio and video signal connections
• Construction: durable mechanical housing with precision contact surfaces
• Compatibility: fits standard IEC coaxial sockets on consumer electronics

How to use

Align the connector with the mating IEC socket and push in until it seats firmly; for removable designs, secure any locking rings or threaded elements as applicable. To disconnect, pull the connector straight out while supporting the cable to avoid stress on the socket. Ensure devices are powered off when making or breaking connections to minimise the risk of interference or damage. Inspect contact surfaces periodically and clean if necessary to maintain reliable signal transfer.

Recommendations

Use the connector in dry environments and avoid excessive bending or tension on attached cables. For best performance, pair with well-shielded coaxial cable and maintain tight, corrosion-free contacts. If used in permanent or outdoor installations, consider additional strain relief and environmental protection.
