Μονάδα Keystone ShiverPeaks S/CONN 75004 επίπεδη μεταλλική RJ-45

The ShiverPeaks S/CONN 75004 Flat Metallic RJ-45 keystone module is a compact, single-port insert intended for use in structured network cabling. Its flat metallic housing and standard RJ-45 interface allow it to be mounted in patch panels, wall plates or surface-mount boxes to provide a reliable Ethernet connection. The module is supplied as a single unit and is designed for straightforward installation where space is limited or a low-profile finish is required.

Advantages

The flat metallic construction offers mechanical robustness and EMI shielding compared with non-metallic inserts, supporting stable signal transmission in congested cable environments. The RJ-45 interface is compatible with common Ethernet cables and network equipment, enabling plug-and-play connectivity. The compact, low-profile form factor reduces protrusion from faceplates and allows clean alignment in stacked or closely spaced modules.

Suitable for

• Structured cabling in offices and commercial buildings
• Home network installations where low-profile outlets are needed
• Patch panels and modular wall plates
• Environments requiring improved shielding against electromagnetic interference

Key specifications

• Connector type: RJ-45 single port
• Housing: flat metallic construction
• Form factor: keystone module compatible with standard keystone openings
• Mounting: designed for wall plates, patch panels and surface-mount boxes
• Supply: single unit per pack

How to use

Insert the keystone module into a compatible keystone opening on a wall plate, patch panel or surface-mount box until it clicks into place. Terminate the rear cable conductors to a compatible RJ-45 jack or use a pre-terminated cable with an RJ-45 plug. Ensure correct cable pairing and follow standard T568A or T568B wiring schemes as required by the installation. After insertion, verify physical retention and test the network link with appropriate network testing tools.

Recommendations

Use shielded twisted-pair cable when the installation requires enhanced protection from electromagnetic interference and ensure the metallic housing is properly grounded where applicable. For best performance, follow recognized cabling standards for cable length, termination and testing to maintain reliable Ethernet connectivity.
