Μονάδα επιτήρησης SATEL GPRS-A LTE με θήκη και κεραία (μοντέλο GPRS-A-LTE)

SATEL GPRS-A LTE is a monitoring module supplied with a protective housing and antenna. Designed for remote transmission of alarm and status information over cellular networks, it supports both GPRS and LTE connectivity to ensure continuous reporting from alarm panels and monitoring systems. The module provides reliable event reporting, remote supervision and fast notifications to service providers or end users while being ready for installation in a secure enclosure with the included antenna for improved signal reception.

Advantages

The SATEL GPRS-A LTE module combines dual-mode cellular communication with a compact housing and external antenna to deliver stable remote telemetry and alarm transmission. Its support for both GPRS and LTE gives compatibility with a wide range of mobile networks and helps maintain connectivity in areas where one technology may be limited. The preassembled housing and antenna simplify installation and reduce the need for additional accessories, while the module’s design focuses on reliable reporting, low-latency notifications and easy integration with existing alarm systems.

Suitable for

• Remote alarm reporting from intrusion, fire or environmental sensors to monitoring stations
• Backup or primary communication channel for security control panels
• Remote status supervision and event transmission for small to medium security installations
• Sites without fixed internet access or where cellular connectivity is preferred

Key specifications

• Cellular interfaces: GPRS and LTE for data transmission
• Form factor: monitoring module supplied inside a protective housing
• Antenna: external antenna included for improved signal reception
• Integration: designed for connection to alarm panels and monitoring systems for event forwarding and supervision
• Primary functions: alarm and status transmission, remote supervision and notification delivery

How to use

Install the SATEL GPRS-A LTE module inside the supplied protective housing and mount it in a location with adequate cellular signal strength. Connect the module to the alarm panel or monitoring system according to the panel’s communication input specification and configure the module’s connection parameters for the mobile operator (APN and credentials) and the monitoring station’s receiving address or protocol. Attach the supplied antenna and orient it to maximise signal reception. After configuration, perform test transmissions to verify alarm and status messages are received correctly by the monitoring station or service provider.

Recommendations

Place the module where it receives optimal cellular signal and secure the housing against tampering. Use the included antenna and correct mounting orientation to reduce connection interruptions. Configure notification and retry settings in both the alarm panel and the monitoring platform to ensure timely delivery of critical events.
