Key specifications

How to use

Separate a sheet and place it into the paper tray of an inkjet or laser printer following the printer manufacturer’s loading guidance. Use label templates that match the 24-label sheet layout to ensure correct alignment when printing. For handwritten use, remove a single label from the sheet and write with a permanent marker or ballpoint pen. Position non-adhesive labels on surfaces where temporary attachment is acceptable, such as inside folders, on boxes or on display tags; avoid use on vertical outdoor surfaces where wind or moisture may displace them.

Recommendations

Store sheets flat in the original box in a dry, cool place to prevent curling and ensure accurate feeding through printers. Test-print one sheet before batch printing to confirm alignment and ink settings. For longer visibility, laminate or place labels inside clear sleeves if exposure to moisture or handling is expected.
