Μεμβράνη Mylar Lenovo FRU01YU066 μαύρη προστατευτική μεμβράνη για συσκευές

Lenovo FRU01YU066 black Mylar sheet is a thin protective film designed for use on electronic devices during repair, refurbishment or assembly. The material offers a durable barrier against dust, minor scratches and everyday wear while maintaining a low profile that does not interfere with component fit or device assembly. The sheet is easy to trim and position for precise coverage of internal frames, housing surfaces or exposed panels where an OEM-matching protective layer is required.

Advantages

The Mylar film provides consistent thickness and surface uniformity, delivering reliable protection without adding bulk. Its black finish helps conceal adhesives and internal structures, improving visual uniformity inside device housings. The film is resistant to tearing and most common handling stresses encountered during repair work, and it adheres well when used with compatible pressure-sensitive adhesives or tapes.

Suitable for

• Device repairs and refurbishments requiring OEM-style protective film
• Protecting internal chassis, display surrounds and exposed panels
• Electronics assembly where thin, durable barrier layers are needed
• Custom trimming for precise coverage of small or irregular surfaces

Key specifications

• Material: Polyester (Mylar) film
• Color: Black
• Form: Thin, flexible sheet suitable for cutting and trimming
• Surface: Smooth, uniform finish for concealment of internal components
• Durability: Tear-resistant and resistant to light abrasion

How to use

Measure and mark the area to be covered, then cut the Mylar sheet to the required shape using a sharp blade or precision scissors. Clean the target surface to remove dust, oils or residues before application to ensure good adhesion. Position the film carefully and press it into place; if using an adhesive or tape, follow the adhesive manufacturer’s instructions for best results. Trim any excess material after placement to achieve a neat fit.

Recommendations

For optimal results, use the Mylar sheet on clean, dry surfaces and pair it with compatible pressure-sensitive tapes or adhesives when permanent placement is required. Avoid exposing the film to high temperatures or chemical solvents that may affect its properties. When cutting, use protective gloves and a cutting mat to ensure precise edges and to prevent damage to surrounding components.
