Λαμπτήρας υπεριώδους (UV) Philips 36 W 2G11 9000 h 105 V

The Philips ultraviolet (UV) bulb 36 W 2G11 9000 h 105 V is a tubular UV lamp designed for applications that require controlled ultraviolet output. It delivers 36 watts of UV energy through a 2G11 base, with a rated lifetime of approximately 9,000 hours and nominal operation at 105 volts. The lamp's compact tubular form (about 415 mm length and 38 mm diameter) and light weight make it compatible with fixtures intended for 2G11 lamps and suitable for installations where a reliable medium-life UV source is required.

Advantages

This Philips UV bulb offers a balance of power and operational lifetime, providing consistent ultraviolet output over extended service periods. The 2G11 fitting ensures secure electrical and mechanical connection in compatible fixtures, while the bulb's standard dimensions and lightweight construction simplify replacement and handling. Designed by a recognized lighting manufacturer, the lamp meets typical performance expectations for UV applications at the specified voltage and wattage.

Suitable for

• Water and air purification systems with compatible 2G11 sockets
• Surface disinfection units and sterilization cabinets designed for tubular UV lamps
• Laboratory equipment and scientific apparatus requiring low-pressure UV sources
• Industrial processes where controlled ultraviolet irradiation at 36 W is needed

Key specifications

• Power: 36 W
• Base/fitting type: 2G11
• Rated lifetime: approximately 9,000 hours
• Nominal operating voltage: 105 V
• Length: approximately 415 mm
• Diameter (width): approximately 38 mm

How to use

Install the lamp only in fixtures designed for 2G11 tubular UV bulbs and ensure the power is switched off before replacing any lamp. Handle the bulb by its ends or use protective gloves to avoid contamination of the glass surface. After seating the bulb securely in the fixture sockets, restore power and allow the lamp to reach stable output; some UV lamps require a short warm-up period. Follow any equipment-specific instructions for lamp ignition, ballast compatibility, and safe operation.

Recommendations

Use appropriate shielding and personal protective equipment when operating ultraviolet lamps to prevent direct exposure to skin and eyes. Replace the bulb at the end of the rated life or when measured UV output falls below required levels; maintain records of operating hours where precise irradiation dosing is critical.
