KVM Switch ATEN CL1308N τοποθέτηση σε rack μαύρο PS/2 USB VGA

The ATEN CL1308N is a 1U rack-mountable KVM switch with an integrated 19" LED-backlit LCD, full keyboard and touchpad in a sliding housing. It supports both PS/2 and USB keyboard/mouse connections and provides VGA video output, allowing centralized access and control of multiple servers from a single keyboard‑monitor‑mouse console. Up to 8 units can be cascaded to control up to 128 connected computers. The unit supports resolutions up to 1920 x 1200 and comes in a black finish suitable for standard server racks.

Advantages

The CL1308N combines an LCD monitor, keyboard and touchpad in a 1U sliding rack housing to save rack space and reduce cabling complexity. It accepts PS/2 and USB peripherals for broad compatibility and intercepts keyboard input directly, removing the need for additional configuration software. Cascading capability expands the number of manageable computers while a multilingual on-screen display (OSD) and multiple switching methods—front-panel buttons, hotkeys, or OSD—simplify operation.

Suitable for

• Server rooms and data centers with limited rack space
• IT administrators managing multiple servers from a single console
• Environments that require both PS/2 and USB peripheral support
• Racks where VGA video output and up to 1920 x 1200 resolution are acceptable

For cascading, connect additional compatible ATEN KVM switches according to the provided cabling and addressing instructions.

Recommendations

For reliable operation, use quality VGA and PS/2/USB cables of recommended length, ensure the rack provides adequate ventilation, and consult the ATEN compatibility list for optional rack-mount kits and interconnect cables when planning cascaded setups.
