KS Tools ρυθμιζόμενο κολάρο σπειρώματος M3-M12 (331.0013)

The Adjustable Threaded Puller KS Tools Verstellbare Windeisen M3–M12 is a compact repair tool set designed for extraction and removal of components held by threaded fasteners with sizes from M3 to M12. Manufactured for professional and amateur mechanics, the tool allows adjustable engagement with bolts and studs to pull or press parts without causing damage to surrounding surfaces. The set supports controlled force application during disassembly tasks in automotive, mechanical and general maintenance work.

Advantages

This adjustable threaded puller offers a range of engagement options to suit different thread sizes between M3 and M12, reducing the need for multiple fixed-size tools. Its threaded design enables secure attachment to studs and bolts for axial pulling, improving extraction precision. By concentrating pulling force on the fastener, the tool minimizes risk of damage to housings and delicate components while speeding up removal operations. The compact construction makes it easy to position in tight spaces and carry in a workshop toolbox.

Suitable for

• Removing studs, bolts and pressed parts held on threaded fasteners M3–M12
• Automotive repair and component disassembly
• General mechanical maintenance and machinery servicing
• Precision removal where surrounding parts must be preserved

Key specifications

• Thread compatibility: adjustable engagement for metric threads from M3 to M12
• Functional type: threaded puller for axial extraction
• Material and finish: durable metal construction suitable for workshop use
• Design: compact, low-profile body for access in confined spaces
• Operation: manual turning to apply controlled pulling force

How to use

Select the appropriate engagement setting for the target thread size and attach the puller securely to the bolt or stud. Ensure the puller is centered on the fastener and that any backing surfaces are supported. Apply steady, controlled turning of the threaded mechanism to draw the fastener or pressed part outward. If resistance is high, check alignment and backing support before increasing force. After extraction, clean and inspect both the fastener and mating components for wear or damage.

Recommendations

Use the puller with suitable personal protective equipment and follow safe workshop practices. For corroded or seized fasteners, consider applying penetrating lubricant and allow time to penetrate before attempting extraction. Avoid excessive sideways force; maintain axial alignment to prevent thread damage.
