How to use

Before installation, ensure your keyboard is compatible with mechanical switches of this form factor and that you have the proper tools, such as a switch puller and a keycap puller. Power off and unplug the keyboard. Remove keycaps and extract existing switches if replacing. Align each Razer green transparent switch with the PCB or plate mounting points and press into place until it seats securely. Refit keycaps and test each key for proper actuation before returning the keyboard to normal use. For new custom builds, follow the keyboard PCB and stabilizer manufacturer instructions for correct soldering or hot-swap mounting.

Recommendations

Use these switches in keyboards designed for mechanical switch replacement or hot-swap PCBs. When soldering is required, perform work in a well-ventilated area and consider professional assistance if you are unfamiliar with soldering. To preserve lighting clarity, pair the transparent switches with compatible RGB keycaps or LED arrangements. Store unused switches in a dry, dust-free environment to maintain performance.
