Καθαριστικό προετοιμασίας επιφανειών Fischer 78177

Fischer 78177 surface preparation cleaner is a concentrated degreasing agent formulated to remove oil, grease, dust and other contaminants from construction and workshop substrates. The cleaner prepares concrete, metal, painted and non-porous surfaces for coatings, adhesives and sealants by reducing surface contamination and improving adhesion. Its fast-drying formula supports efficient workflow on job sites and in renovation or repair tasks.

Advantages

The Fischer cleaner offers effective removal of organic and inorganic residues without mechanical abrasion, allowing quicker preparation compared with sanding or scrubbing. Its low-residue evaporation leaves surfaces ready for immediate priming or bonding. The product is packaged for easy application and designed for use on a range of materials commonly encountered in building and maintenance work.

Suitable for

• Degreasing metal parts and fittings prior to anchoring or coating
• Preparing concrete and masonry surfaces before applying sealants or adhesives
• Cleaning painted and non-porous substrates to improve paint or adhesive adhesion
• Site and workshop surface preparation for renovation, repair and installation tasks

Key specifications

• Form: liquid cleaner and degreaser suitable for wipe or spray application
• Drying: fast-evaporating formulation that leaves minimal residue
• Compatibility: effective on concrete, metal, painted and other non-porous substrates
• Application temperature range: suitable for normal indoor and outdoor conditions (follow local guidelines for low temperatures)

How to use

Ensure the surface is free of loose particles, coarse dirt and standing water. Apply the cleaner to a clean cloth or spray lightly onto the surface and wipe thoroughly to dissolve and remove grease and contaminants. For heavy contamination, allow a short dwell time then agitate with a cloth or brush and wipe clean. Allow the surface to dry fully and verify there is no visible residue before applying primers, adhesives, sealants or coatings.

Recommendations

Use in well-ventilated areas and follow safety data sheet instructions. Test on a small, inconspicuous area when treating sensitive or coated substrates. Avoid contact with incompatible materials and store the product in original packaging, away from heat sources and direct sunlight.
