Κατευθυντική Κεραία Wi-Fi Patch Cisco AIR-ANT2566P4W-RS

The Cisco Aironet AIR-ANT2566P4W-RS Dual-Band Directional Wi-Fi Patch Antenna provides targeted coverage by concentrating transmitted energy in a specific direction. Designed for use with Cisco Catalyst 9100 access points, the antenna includes self-identifying circuitry and supports both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands with 6 dBi gain on each band. Its compact housing (280 mm x 160 mm x 30 mm) and wall-mount capability make it suitable for installations where directional coverage is required.

Advantages

This directional patch antenna delivers increased signal strength in the intended direction while reducing energy sent elsewhere, helping to improve throughput and coverage in targeted zones. With four RF ports, linear polarization and a VSWR of 2:1, the antenna is compatible with Cisco Catalyst 9100 series access points and includes FCC approval and self-identification for simplified deployment and management.

Suitable for

• Extending Wi‑Fi coverage to specific rooms, corridors or outdoor-facing areas
• Point-to-area deployments where focused signal is required
• Integration with Cisco Catalyst 9100 access points that support external antennas

Key specifications

• Model: AIR-ANT2566P4W-RS
• Frequency bands: 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz (dual-band)
• Gain: 6 dBi (2.4 GHz and 5 GHz)
• Ports: 4
• Polarization: Linear
• VSWR: 2:1
• Mounting: Wall mount capable
• Dimensions: 280 mm x 160 mm x 30 mm
• Certification: FCC-approved

How to use

Mount the antenna on a stable vertical surface using appropriate hardware and orient it toward the area where increased coverage is needed. Connect the antenna ports to the compatible Cisco Catalyst 9100 access point using the recommended RF cables and verify that the access point detects the antenna through its self-identification feature. Perform site-specific alignment and basic RF testing to confirm coverage and signal quality.

Recommendations

Install the antenna at a height and angle that minimize obstructions between the antenna and the target area. Use quality RF cables and connectors to reduce loss and periodically check connections and the access point’s antenna identification status to ensure optimal performance.
