HP 5 χρόνια Essential Offsite Υπηρεσία φορητού υπολογιστή (U85DME)

For businesses that need dependable notebook support without the cost of onsite visits, this HP 5-year Essential Offsite service delivers a practical, budget-friendly alternative to premium support contracts. It keeps your covered HP notebook running with depot-level repairs, parts, and labour included, so you can plan IT expenses with confidence over a full five-year term.

Highlights

• 5-year coverage for HP notebooks, starting from the hardware purchase date
• Offsite (return-to-depot) service with next-business-day processing
• Parts and labour included for covered repairs
• Remote technical support and diagnostics included
• Electronic delivery via email for fast activation
• Transferable if the covered device changes ownership

In daily use

When a covered notebook needs repair, you simply ship it to the designated HP depot. HP handles the diagnosis, repair, and return, with the goal of initiating service on the next business day. Remote support is available during standard business hours (9x5) to resolve many issues without sending the device in. This service is ideal for organisations with centralised IT or spare units, as it avoids the higher cost of onsite technician visits.
