Gembird EG-UPSO-1000 UPS Διπλής μετατροπής 1 kVA 900 W 4 έξοδοι AC

The Gembird EG-UPSO-1000 UPS Double-conversion 1 kVA 900 W 4 AC outlets is an online double-conversion uninterruptible power supply designed to provide continuous, regulated power to sensitive electronic equipment. With true double-conversion topology it isolates connected devices from utility power variations by continuously converting incoming AC to DC and back to AC, delivering stable output even during brownouts or spikes. The unit includes an LCD display for status readouts and is finished in a compact black housing suitable for office or small-server environments.

Advantages

The double-conversion design ensures a consistent sine-wave output and low transfer time, offering reliable protection against voltage fluctuations, frequency variations and electrical noise. A sealed lead-acid battery provides local energy storage with maintenance-free operation, while the included LCD gives clear, immediate information about input, output and battery status. The unit’s four Type F AC outlets allow connection of multiple devices without the need for additional power distribution accessories.

Suitable for

• Small office servers and network equipment
• Workstations and desktop computers handling critical tasks
• Network switches, routers and modems
• Home lab and backup systems requiring continuous clean power

Key specifications

• Output power: 900 W
• Output power capacity: 1 kVA
• Number of AC outlets: 4 Type F outlets
• Battery type and capacity: sealed lead-acid, 9 Ah
• Form factor and colour: compact black housing
• Weight: 11 kg

How to use

Install the UPS on a stable, well-ventilated surface away from direct heat and moisture. Connect the UPS to a correctly grounded mains outlet and power it on using the front-panel controls. Plug equipment into the Type F AC outlets and monitor the LCD for input voltage, output load and battery status. Allow the UPS to charge the internal battery for the manufacturer-recommended period before relying on battery runtime for extended outages. Perform periodic visual checks of connections and ensure ventilation openings remain unobstructed.

Recommendations

To maximize battery life and reliability, keep the UPS in a temperature-controlled environment, avoid deep discharges, and test the unit under load periodically. For critical systems, combine the UPS with a suitable power management strategy and regular maintenance checks.
