G HP 3 χρόνια Premium+ Υπηρεσία επί τόπου με τηλεμετρία/DMR Notebook (U85WVE)

For businesses that cannot afford downtime, this HP service plan goes far beyond the standard warranty. It pairs three years of premium onsite support with proactive telemetry and Device Management Reporting (DMR), so IT teams can spot hardware issues before they disrupt work. Instead of waiting for a failure, you get a service that watches over your notebooks and speeds up repairs when something does go wrong.

Highlights

• 3-year coverage with parts and labor included
• Premium+ onsite support: HP technicians come to your location
• Telemetry-enabled proactive monitoring for early fault detection
• Device Management Reporting (DMR) for fleet-wide health insights
• Designed for business and enterprise HP notebooks
• Upgrade from the standard manufacturer warranty

In daily use

Once registered, the service quietly collects telemetry data from covered notebooks. HP's monitoring systems analyze this data to identify potential hardware problems—such as battery degradation, thermal stress, or storage anomalies—before they cause a failure. When an issue is detected, HP can proactively reach out to schedule an onsite repair, often before the user even notices a problem. DMR gives your IT department a dashboard view of device health across the fleet, making it easier to plan maintenance and replacements. If a covered component fails, an HP-certified technician will come to your office or remote site to perform the repair, minimizing downtime and keeping your team productive.
