Φίλτρο φωτογραφικής μηχανής πολωτικό Walimex 19952 58 mm

The Walimex 19952 58 mm polarising camera filter reduces reflections and increases colour saturation and contrast for clearer skies, deeper greens and less glare on non-metal surfaces. Made from multi-coated optical glass and fitted into a precision-manufactured metal mount, the filter is rotatable to adjust the degree of polarization and is supplied in a protective cover that shields it from UV exposure.

Advantages

The multi-coated glass improves light transmission and reduces unwanted reflections while the rotatable, precisely machined metal socket provides smooth, accurate adjustment. The filter enhances colours and contrast in landscape photography and suppresses mirroring on water, glass and other non-metallic surfaces.

Suitable for (tasks / use cases)

• Landscape photography to deepen sky and foliage colours
• Reducing reflections on water and windows
• Outdoor photography with bright skies or reflective subjects
• General use when improved contrast and colour saturation are required

How to use

Screw the 58 mm filter onto the front thread of a compatible lens and rotate the outer ring while observing the scene through the viewfinder or on the camera monitor until the desired reduction in reflections or increase in colour saturation is achieved. Adjust the filter rotation to control the intensity of the polarising effect; note that the effect varies with the angle to the light source. Remove the filter when not needed to avoid unwanted exposure changes.

Recommendations

For best results use the polariser with wide-angle and standard lenses for landscape shots at 90 degrees to the sun. Check exposure after attaching the filter, as it can slightly reduce light transmission; compensate with aperture, shutter speed or ISO as needed. Store the filter in its protective cover to minimise UV and dust exposure when not in use.
