Επιγονατίδες POC Joint VPD Air μέγεθος M — προστατευτικά επιγονατίδια ποδηλασίας, μεσαίο

POC Joint VPD Air knee pads in size M are lightweight protective cycling knee guards engineered for mountain biking and trail riding. Constructed with VPD Air foam, these medium pads combine flexible impact absorption with a low-profile, form-fitting shape to maintain coverage during dynamic movement. The design emphasises breathability and freedom of motion while delivering targeted protection to the knee area.

Advantages

The VPD Air foam adapts to the shape of the knee and hardens on impact to reduce peak forces, offering a balance of flexibility and protection. The low-profile construction keeps the pads close to the leg for improved pedal clearance and reduced snagging. Breathable textile panels and perforated foam promote airflow to help manage heat during long rides. Elasticated openings and anatomical shaping secure the pads in place without restricting movement.

How to use

Slide the knee pads over the lower leg and position them so the protective foam covers the kneecap and surrounding joint area. Adjust placement by pulling the pad up or down until it sits comfortably and remains secure during a range of motion. Check fit before riding: the pad should be snug but not constricting, allowing full knee articulation while staying in place during pedal strokes and impacts. After use, rinse off dirt and allow the pads to air dry away from direct heat.

Recommendations

Choose the correct size to ensure the VPD Air foam functions as intended; an overly loose pad can shift during riding and reduce protection. Periodically inspect the pads for wear, tears, or compressed foam and replace them if protective performance is compromised. For prolonged rides in hot conditions, pair with breathable cycling shorts to enhance ventilation and comfort.
