Use appropriate guard and personal protective equipment, secure the workpiece, and allow the tool to reach full speed before engaging the cut. Apply steady, even pressure without forcing the disc to avoid overheating or premature wear.

Recommendations

Observe the maximum rotational speed rating of the cutting disc and the angle grinder. Use eye and hearing protection, gloves, and respiratory protection when cutting materials that generate dust or sparks. Replace the disc if it shows signs of cracking, excessive wear, or imbalance. Store the disc flat in a dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures to maintain its condition.
