Διακόπτης Merten MEG4849-1419, λευκό περίβλημα θερμοπλαστικού, 230 V AC, 0,5 A

The Merten pushbutton switch with a white thermoplastic housing is designed for simple manual control in residential and light commercial electrical installations. It provides on/off switching capability for control circuits and small loads, operating at mains voltage. The compact design and standard mounting footprint make it compatible with common switch frames and installation boxes, offering practical functionality where a basic pushbutton is required.

Advantages

The switch combines a durable thermoplastic housing with a compact form factor that fits standard switch systems. Rated for 230 V AC and a nominal output current of 0.5 A, it is suitable for low-power control circuits and signaling applications. The white finish allows for a neutral appearance in most interiors and facilitates integration into existing switch panels.

Suitable for

• Manual control of lighting circuits in homes and small offices
• Control and signaling in building automation and intercom systems
• Activation of low-power relays or control devices
• Replacement or upgrade in existing modular switch frames

Key specifications

• Operating voltage: 230 V AC, 50–60 Hz
• Nominal output current: 0.5 A
• Housing material: thermoplastic, white finish
• Actuation: momentary pushbutton operation for basic on/off control
• Compact size suitable for standard mounting frames

How to use

Install the pushbutton switch in accordance with local electrical regulations and the wiring standards applicable to the installation. Mount the unit into a compatible switch frame or flush box, connect the live and neutral conductors as required for the control circuit, and secure the housing. Verify power is off before wiring and restore power only after proper connection and insulation checks. Use the button to manually operate the connected control circuit or signaling device.

Recommendations

For reliable operation, use the switch only within its rated voltage and current limits and pair it with relays or contactors when controlling higher loads; periodic inspection of terminals and mounting integrity is advised in commercial or high-use environments.
