Κάρτα διαχείρισης δικτύου SNMP Delta SCMS300035 με υποστήριξη IPv6

The Network Management SNMP Card Delta SCMS300035 with IPv6 support provides standard SNMP-based monitoring and control for compatible Delta devices. Designed to integrate into UPS and other networked Delta equipment, the card enables remote access to status information, event logs and configuration settings using SNMP over IPv4 and IPv6 networks. This module facilitates centralized management, automated fault detection and simplified device administration in mixed IP environments.

Advantages

The SNMP card delivers IPv6-ready network management while maintaining compatibility with IPv4 SNMP ecosystems, allowing seamless integration into modern networks. It supports remote monitoring and control, which reduces the need for physical access to devices and accelerates incident response. The card exposes operational parameters and event notifications via SNMP traps and standard MIBs, enabling integration with network monitoring systems and automation tools.

Suitable for

• IT infrastructure monitoring and management
• Remote supervision of UPS and power equipment
• Integration with network monitoring systems and NMS platforms
• Environments requiring IPv6 network support alongside IPv4

Key specifications

• SNMP protocol support with IPv6 and IPv4 compatibility
• Remote monitoring of device status, alarms and event logs
• Support for SNMP traps and standard MIB interfaces
• Network-based control and configuration capabilities
• Designed for insertion into compatible Delta devices for embedded network management

How to use

Install the SNMP card into the designated slot of a compatible Delta device following the device manufacturer’s hardware installation instructions. Connect the network interface to the management LAN and configure the network parameters, including IPv4/IPv6 addressing and SNMP community strings or user credentials for SNMPv3 if supported. Add the device to your network monitoring system using the appropriate MIBs and enable traps to receive real-time alerts. Verify connectivity and monitor reported metrics and logs through your NMS.

Recommendations

For secure operation, configure SNMP access controls and use SNMPv3 where available; place management interfaces on a dedicated management VLAN and restrict access via firewall rules. Regularly update monitoring configurations and test trap delivery to ensure timely fault detection and response.
