Δακτύλιος διαχείρισης καλωδίων Triton D2 40x40mm

The Triton Cable Management Ring D2 40x40mm is a compact, polished stainless steel ring designed for organized routing of patch cords and cables in 19" racks and other installations. With a 40x40mm profile and a silver finish, the ring provides a low-profile solution for guiding cables, reducing stress on connectors and helping to prevent tangles and abrasion. The durable construction suits repeated use in both home and office networking setups.

Advantages

The polished stainless steel construction offers corrosion resistance and mechanical strength while maintaining a neat visual appearance. Its compact 40x40mm dimensions make it suitable for dense rack environments where space is limited. The silver finish integrates with standard rack hardware, and the smooth edges reduce wear on cable jackets and connector boots. Installation and cable routing are straightforward, supporting efficient cable management and improved airflow within racks.

Suitable for

• Routing patch cords and network cables in 19" server and patch racks
• Organizing cables in telecommunications closets and data cabinets
• Neat cable routing in home networking or small office installations
• Protecting connectors from sharp bends and mechanical strain

Key specifications

• Material: Polished stainless steel
• Dimensions: 40 x 40 mm (ring profile)
• Colour: Silver
• Mounting: Designed for 19" rack integration (typical rack/cabinet use)
• Application: Cable routing for patch cords, network and data cables

How to use

Mount the Triton D2 ring at the desired position on the rack or cabinet frame, ensuring secure attachment according to your rack's mounting points. Route individual patch cords or grouped cables through the ring to guide them along the rack verticals or horizontal rails. Avoid forcing cables through at extreme angles; instead, position the ring to create a smooth curve that limits sharp bends near connectors. Periodically inspect cable jackets at the contact points for wear and reposition if necessary.

Recommendations

Use the ring in combination with other cable management accessories (horizontal managers, velcro straps) to maintain separation between power and data lines and to keep cable runs orderly. For high-density installations, place multiple rings at intervals to support cable bundles and reduce strain. Clean the stainless steel surface with a soft cloth and mild detergent if required to maintain appearance and prevent residue buildup.
