Bosch 2 608 619 164 Εξάρτημα γωνιακού τροχού δίσκος λείανσης

The Bosch 2 608 619 164 sanding disc is designed for use on steel and other ferrous materials. Part of the X-LOCK range, this metal fibre disc delivers high stock removal and is supplied as a single disc compatible with Bosch angle grinders and other grinders when fitted to an X-LOCK or standard rubber backing pad.

Advantages

The X-LOCK R574 metal fibre construction provides aggressive material removal while maintaining a consistent finish. The keyless X-LOCK mounting system enables quick, tool-free disc changes, and the disc can also be used on standard rubber backing pads for broader compatibility. Single-piece packaging makes it easy to keep a spare on hand.

Suitable for

• Sanding and surface preparation of steel and other ferrous metals
• Rapid stock removal and deburring on metal components
• Use with Bosch angle grinders equipped with X-LOCK or a standard backing pad

How to use

Fit the disc onto an X-LOCK angle grinder by pressing and twisting until it locks, or mount it on a standard rubber backing pad if required. Start the grinder at low speed to check the mounting, then increase to the recommended operating speed for the grinder and disc. Apply steady, even pressure and move the disc across the metal surface to remove material; avoid excessive force and prolonged dwell in one spot to prevent uneven wear.

Recommendations

Use appropriate personal protective equipment—eye protection, gloves, and hearing protection—when grinding. Check the grinder and disc for damage before use, follow the tool manufacturer's speed limits, and replace the disc when wear reduces performance.
