How to use

Mount the sensor in a sheltered outdoor location away from direct sunlight and sources of artificial heat to ensure accurate ambient measurements. Follow the manufacturer’s pairing procedure to connect the sensor to a compatible weather station receiver or indoor console; typically this involves inserting batteries, placing the sensor within range, and initiating pairing on the receiving device. After installation, verify that readings appear correctly on both the integrated LCD and the paired console and allow a short stabilization period for sensor readings to settle.

Recommendations

For best performance place the sensor at a standardized height above ground and avoid locations near reflective surfaces or heat sources. Periodically inspect and clean the housing and display, replace batteries according to the manufacturer’s guidance, and check wireless connectivity when relocating the unit.
