Black & Decker GKC3630L20 Αλυσοπρίονο μπαταρίας

The Black & Decker GKC3630L20 chainsaw is a cordless electric saw designed for light to medium cutting and trimming tasks. It features a 30 cm guide bar and a chain speed of 5 m/s, powered by a 2 Ah lithium-ion battery. Weighing approximately 3.8 kg, the tool combines a compact footprint with a practical balance and an ergonomic bale handle to improve manoeuvrability and operator comfort. The saw integrates a tool-free chain tensioning system and a simple automatic oiling system to reduce maintenance time and ensure consistent performance.

Advantages

The cordless design provides freedom of movement around the garden or worksite without the need for extension leads. The lithium-ion battery delivers steady power with fast recharge capability (battery fully charged in about 90 minutes) and fade-free output during use. Tool-free chain tensioning allows quick chain fitting and adjustment without additional tools, while the automatic oiling system helps maintain chain lubrication with minimal intervention. Lightweight construction and improved ergonomics make the chainsaw easier to handle during repetitive cutting tasks.

How to use

Before first use, fully charge the 2 Ah lithium-ion battery following the manufacturer’s instructions. Fit the battery into the chainsaw and check chain tension, oil level and chain lubrication system. Start the saw according to the safety instructions in the user manual, keeping both hands on handles and maintaining a stable stance. Use controlled, steady movements for cutting; avoid forcing the saw through material and allow the chain to reach full speed before engaging the cut. After use, switch off the saw, remove the battery and clean saw components, checking chain tension and oil reservoir before storage.

Recommendations

Use appropriate personal protective equipment such as gloves, eye protection, and hearing protection. For best performance, maintain correct chain tension, keep the chain sharp and use the recommended chain oil. Charge the battery in a dry, ventilated area and store the chainsaw and battery in a cool, dry place away from direct heat sources. Observe local safety regulations and the operating instructions supplied by Black & Decker.
