Barrow G1/4 ίντσα ευθεία προέκταση MF 40 mm TNYZ-G40 s — ασημί

Barrow G1/4" straight extension MF 40 mm TNYZ-G40 s in silver is a threaded compression extension designed for fluid-cooling and custom tubing assemblies. It provides a fixed 40 mm spacing between components while maintaining a G1/4" male-to-female connection, allowing for secure, leak-resistant joins in compact layouts. The silver finish offers a neutral aesthetic that integrates with a range of PC water-cooling systems and modular plumbing setups.

Advantages

This straight extension delivers precise thread compatibility with G1/4" ports and preserves consistent spacing of 40 mm between fittings. Its male-to-female configuration simplifies insertion and orientation in tight assemblies, reducing the need for additional adapters. The compression-style design supports secure sealing with standard O-rings and fittings, and the metal construction provides mechanical stability and resistance to deformation under clamp pressure.

Suitable for

• PC water-cooling loops requiring compact spacing between components
• Custom tubing and modular fittings where G1/4" thread compatibility is required
• Replacement or extension of existing manifold, radiator, or block connections
• Custom plumbing projects that need a fixed 40 mm offset

Key specifications

• Thread type: G1/4" male-to-female
• Effective extension length: 40 mm
• Connection style: threaded compression (male-female)
• Finish/color: silver
• Material: metal construction suitable for cooling fittings

How to use

Install the extension by hand-threading the male end into a compatible G1/4" female port until snug, then tighten with an appropriate tool if required, taking care not to overtighten and risk damaging threads or O-rings. Attach the female end to the mating male fitting or component, ensuring that any supplied or existing O-rings are seated correctly to form a seal. Verify alignment and spacing to ensure the 40 mm offset meets layout requirements before filling and pressurizing the loop.

Recommendations

Inspect threads and O-rings for debris or damage before installation. Use moderate torque and avoid cross-threading. After assembly, perform a leak test at low pressure and check all connections again after initial operation to confirm sealing integrity.
