BitsPower BP-MBWP-C03 brass black is a precision-made computer cooling system accessory designed for custom liquid cooling loops and PC cooling assemblies. Machined from high-quality brass and finished with a deep black electroplating, this component provides corrosion resistance and mechanical durability for fittings and connection points in water-cooling systems. The part is engineered with a true hi-flow profile and supports a dual G1/4" application to ensure compatibility with a wide range of standard cooling components.

Advantages

The brass construction offers good thermal stability and long-term resistance to corrosion compared with many non-metal alternatives, while the deep black e-plated finish improves surface hardness and aesthetic integration with black-themed builds. The true hi-flow design reduces flow restriction in the loop, helping maintain coolant circulation efficiency. RoHS compliance ensures the component meets common environmental and safety material restrictions.

Suitable for

• Custom PC liquid cooling loops
• Fitting and connector points in reservoir, pump and radiator assemblies
• High-flow cooling setups requiring reduced hydraulic resistance
• Systems where durable, corrosion-resistant metal fittings are preferred

Key specifications

• Material: brass
• Finish: deep black electroplated (E-plated)
• Flow design: true hi-flow
• Thread compatibility: dual G1/4" application
• Compliance: RoHS

How to use

Install the accessory into the liquid cooling loop following the standard procedures for G1/4" threaded fittings. Ensure mating threads on tubing endpoints, radiators, pump tops or reservoirs are clean and free of debris before assembly. Hand-start threads to avoid cross-threading, then tighten to a secure fit using appropriate tools or spanners as recommended by your build components; avoid excessive torque which may damage threads or sealing surfaces. Use compatible seals or O-rings where required to prevent leaks, and perform a pressure or leak test after installation before powering the system.

Recommendations

For optimal longevity, use corrosion-inhibiting coolant formulated for mixed-metal loops and perform regular maintenance checks for leaks and signs of wear. When combining with other metals, follow coolant manufacturer guidance to minimize galvanic corrosion. Tighten fittings to a snug, not excessive, torque to preserve both threads and plating.
