The Breathable Roof Membrane 160 is a high-performance, three-layer polypropylene non-woven fabric designed for pitched roofs, ventilated facades, and timber frame construction. With a grammage of 160 g/m² and a roll size of 1.5 m x 50 m (75 m² total area), it provides excellent water tightness (Class W1) and high vapor permeability (Sd ≤ 0.02 m), ensuring effective moisture management and long-lasting protection.

Advantages

This membrane offers superior water tightness (Class W1) and high vapor openness, allowing the building structure to breathe while preventing water ingress. It is UV resistant for up to 3 months during installation and can withstand temperatures from -40°C to +90°C. The material is tear-resistant with tensile strength ≥ 250 N/5cm (MD) and ≥ 150 N/5cm (CD), and nail tear resistance ≥ 100 N (MD) and ≥ 80 N (CD). It is CE marked according to EN 13859-1 and has fire classification Class E (EN 13501-1).
