Jabra Perform 45 is a lightweight and discreet Bluetooth® mono headset with up to 20 hours Push-to-Talk time, keeping retail store associates connected.

Own the retail floor

Retail store associates are the glue that holds the whole operation together. Missing stock? You’re there. Spillage? No stress. The last size 8 is on the mannequin? Not for long. You're the customers' real heroes. We're just here to take care of the tech.

Service with a smile

From the shop floor, to the checkout, to the stockroom, the last thing you want is a heavy headset weighing you down. Perform 45 is designed to be different. Firstly, it fits perfectly and discreetly around whichever ear you prefer, so you always look approachable to customers. It comes with three sizes of EarGels™, to find your perfect fit, and since it only weighs 18g, it’ll help you make light work of even the longest shifts. With Perform 45, you’re always ready to help your colleagues andyour customers.

One time only

9 out of 10 retail store associates say noise is a constant challenge. The advanced ultra-noise-cancelling microphone in Perform 45 removes up to 80% of background noise from your side, so your colleagues will hear you right the first time - no need to keep repeating yourself. And because great communication goes both ways, the speaker is optimized for speech clarity. So you’ll hear them, too. It’s the difference between “four candles” and “fork handles.”

“Clean-up on aisle 5”

Unexpected afternoon rushes.”Excuse me, do you have this in turquoise?”Toddlers with limited spatial awareness. There are probably lots of times every day where you need to speak to your colleagues now. With Push-to-Talk (PTT)*, you can literally just push a button on your headset and, well, talk. And so can your colleagues. Allowing you to pull together as a team to deliver your best customer service. *Works with leading platforms like Microsoft Teams Walkie Talkie and Zebra Workforce Connect out of the box

Easy to use. Easy to clean. Easy to love.

We’ve optimized the design of Perform 45 to make it super-simple to get started and even easier to use. Minimal button interactions and intuitive placement mean you’re not fumbling around for the right button when it matters. And because retail stores are full of high-touch surfaces like shopping carts and stair rails, we made sure you can easily sanitize it to avoid germs and stay safe. We made it durable too, with IP54-rated protection from dust and water, and an extended warranty. All you have to do is enjoy using it. And we made that easy too

A dependable colleague

For such a little headset, the battery in Perform 45 is pretty impressive. You’ll get up to 20 hours of Push-to-Talk (PTT) usage out of it, so you can stay connected with your colleagues throughout your shift, or up to 8 hours if you’re just using it for calls. And for those “let me just show you where to find that” moments, 100m / 300ft of wireless range means you can leave your device at the checkout while you help out your customer, without worrying about losing connection.

Full focus on the customer

As customer service expectations increase, helping customers can be tricky. So you probably don’t want your co-workers’ Push-to-Talk (PTT) messages distracting you. When you activate Face2Face mode - by lifting up the microphone boom arm on Perform 45 - it’ll instantly mute all incoming audio, letting you offer customers your undivided attention. Then, when you’re ready to speak to colleagues again, you just need to pull it back down.

How to use

Pair the Jabra Perform 45 with a Bluetooth-enabled device following the headset pairing procedure. Place the intraaural earpiece in the ear and position the neck-band comfortably around the neck. Use the Push-to-Talk control for instant voice transmission during shifts. Charge the headset as required to maintain up to 20 hours of Push-to-Talk operation.

Recommendations

For reliable operation, keep the paired device within the specified wireless range and recharge the headset before long shifts. Regularly check fit and positioning for comfort during extended use and follow local hygiene practices for shared headsets.
