• Local detection in garages, boiler rooms, or storage areas

Key specifications

• Operating voltage: DC 12 V
• Maximum current rating: 1 A
• Housing color: white
• Form factor: compact sensor module suitable for indoor mounting
• Detection type: gas presence detection for combustible/hazardous gases

How to use

Install the Tellur gas sensor in a location representative of potential gas accumulation, avoiding direct airflow from vents or fans that could dilute readings. Connect the sensor to a stable DC 12V power source and ensure the cabling and connectors support the 1A current rating. Integrate the sensor output into your alarm or monitoring system following the controller manufacturer’s wiring diagrams. After installation, power the sensor and observe any status indicators or reporting outputs to confirm normal operation before leaving the system unattended.

Recommendations

Perform periodic functional checks and, where available, follow any calibration or test procedures recommended by the system controller. Do not expose the sensor to direct water jets or corrosive agents. For optimum performance, install at heights and locations recommended for the target gas type and adhere to local safety codes when connecting to automated shutdown or alarm systems.
