Αφυγραντήρας τροφίμων Concept SO3020 — για μανιτάρια, βότανα και λαχανικά

Concept SO3020 is a compact food dehydrator engineered for drying mushrooms, herbs and vegetables at home. It creates a controlled airflow and gentle heat to remove moisture evenly, preserving flavors and extending shelf life of ingredients. The unit's straightforward controls and space-saving design make it suitable for regular kitchen use when preparing dried herbs, vegetable chips, or preserved mushrooms.

Advantages

The dehydrator offers consistent drying conditions that help retain aroma and texture without the need for complex settings. Its compact footprint allows placement on countertops or in small kitchens while providing enough drying capacity for home batches. Simple controls and easy-to-clean surfaces reduce operating effort and maintenance time.

Key specifications

• Design: compact countertop dehydrator suitable for household use
• Intended foods: mushrooms, herbs, vegetables and similar produce
• Functionality: controlled low-temperature drying for even moisture removal
• Usability: simple mechanical/electronic controls and removable trays for cleaning
• Capacity: sized for small to moderate home batches of ingredients

How to use

Prepare produce by cleaning and slicing items into uniform pieces to ensure even drying. Arrange slices in a single layer on the dehydrator trays without overlap to allow proper airflow. Select the appropriate drying setting and time for the food type, start the appliance and periodically check progress until the desired dryness is reached. After drying, cool the items to room temperature before storing in airtight containers in a dry, cool place.

Recommendations

For best results with mushrooms, slice moderately thick to maintain structure and dry at a slightly higher temperature than delicate herbs. For herbs, use lower temperatures and shorter times to preserve aroma. Rotate trays if drying capacity is high and follow manufacturer cleaning guidance to keep airflow unobstructed.
