ACT 30 μέτρα LSZH Singlemode 9/125 OS2 Καλώδιο patch οπτικής ίνας duplex με βύσματα SC

The ACT 30 meter LSZH Singlemode 9/125 OS2 fiber patch cable Duplex SC to SC provides a reliable optical link for long-distance, high-bandwidth networks. This 30 m duplex fiber uses singlemode 9/125 OS2 fiber cores with SC connectors on both ends, designed for consistent insertion loss and stable signal transmission. The sheath is made of low smoke zero halogen (LSZH) material appropriate for indoor installations where reduced smoke and toxic gas emissions are required. The cable construction supports duplex transmission for paired Tx/Rx connections commonly used in data centers, telecom racks and building backbone links.

Advantages

The LSZH jacket reduces harmful emissions in the event of a fire while meeting indoor safety requirements. Singlemode 9/125 OS2 fiber delivers low attenuation for long-reach links and predictable optical performance. SC connectors offer a push-pull locking mechanism for secure, repeatable terminations and easy handling during installation and maintenance. Duplex assembly ensures correct pairing of transmit and receive channels without additional adapters or complex routing.

Suitable for

• Data center trunk and patch panel connections
• Telecommunications backbone and inter-building links
• Server room fiber runs and switch-to-switch uplinks
• Indoor structured cabling requiring low-smoke materials

Key specifications

• Fiber type: Singlemode 9/125 µm (OS2)
• Connector type: Duplex SC to SC
• Cable length: 30 meters
• Jacket material: LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen)
• Configuration: Duplex (paired fibers for Tx/Rx)
• Typical applications: Indoor backbone and patching

How to use

Route the duplex SC–SC cable between devices or panels, ensuring bend radius limits are respected to avoid microbending loss. Insert SC connectors into matching SC ports until the push-pull latch engages. When connecting to patch panels, verify correct polarity so that transmit and receive fibers align with the corresponding ports. Avoid kinking the cable and secure excess length with appropriate cable management to maintain optical performance.

Recommendations

Before finalizing installation, inspect connector endfaces with a fiber microscope and clean if necessary to prevent contamination-related loss. Maintain minimum bend radius recommended for singlemode fiber and store spare cable coiled without tight loops. Use this LSZH cable in indoor environments where reduced emissions are required, and avoid outdoor exposure unless additionally protected.
